How long does it take to make and ship?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days. Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days after dispatch, so most customers receive their apron within 6–10 business days total. Need it faster? Choose FedEx Express at checkout for 2–3 day delivery.

Can I wash the apron?

Yes! Machine washable on a gentle cycle. The embroidery is stitched directly into the fabric — not a print or transfer — so it stays bright and intact wash after wash. Tumble dry low or hang dry.

What size should I choose for my child?

18–36 months fits toddlers just starting to walk and explore. 3–6 years is our most popular kids size — perfect for preschool age. 7–12 years fits school-age kids. Teen fits ages 12–16. When in doubt, size up — aprons are adjustable and kids grow fast!

How many letters can I embroider?

Up to 14 letters. We recommend first name only for the best look. Longer names are embroidered in a slightly smaller size to fit beautifully.

Is embroidery better than printing?

Yes — embroidery lasts the lifetime of the garment. Printed names crack, fade, and peel over time. Our embroidery is stitched thread by thread into the fabric and looks beautiful even after years of washing and use.

Can I order for a gift? Will there be any pricing info inside?

Absolutely — these make wonderful gifts! We never include pricing information inside the package. You're welcome to add a gift note in the Order Special Instructions field at checkout.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If we made a mistake — wrong color, wrong spelling, or a defect — we'll replace it or refund you in full. No questions asked. Just send us a photo at info@romeoshop.us. If you entered the wrong name or color yourself, we offer a one-time remake at 50% off. We typically respond within 1 business day.
